Interest Rate did not rise................

Postby tvseriesgalore » Tue Feb 02, 2010 7:11 pm

Apparently the interest rates didn't rise today................but something else might have?

A 7 News Flash to Macquarie Bank office shows banker looking at charts, then topless girl, then charts, then another girl, then turns around and realises today is probably his last day of work.

Anyone notice it?

I liked the way the camera person zoomed in on the screen (and away from the announcer) - why let serious stuff get in the way of a bit of tittilation.

Yes I doubt if that bloke is still working there today.

Of course they may have been sent by his boss via email and he was just checking his mail?

The camera person didn't zoom. The zoom came later.
But interesting that he was still scrolling through the images when talking to his collegue.
And then the look on his face when he remembered the camera. :-sos

Is that really a sackable offense? If so, shouldn't the camera operator also be discliplined for 'losing focus' :_s

Probably a fixed camera, no operator. And it was live, didn't have the same opportunity to replay over and over.

How does a fixed camera know where to zoom?

Not the point really. I am having trouble feeling righteously indignant about some dude getting caught out looking at topless photos :cow

The camera didn't zoom. The editor preparing the video for the news item did the zoom.

No. He/she would have been more interested in the news story of someone at MacBank looking at nude pics while he was supposed to be looking after the shareholders' money.
In the newspaper this morning, MacBank said that the matter was being dealt with "internally". :-w
